Warranty Process -

1. Explain the issue to us by filling in the form.
2. In the next 24* working hrs will receive a reply from our side
3. Pack and ship the product to the mentioned address
4. Once received, it will take us 5 to 10 working days to either replace or repair the product (In some cases we will take 30 to 60 days for this process as we ship defective products to the brand or manufacturer)
5. After we have resolved the issue from our side we will immediately dispatch the product back to you!
6.registration of product is mandatory for warranty claim.
